Finances
Spiritual Leadership School has several components to its finances. Application fees and deposits are due immediately upon submission and acceptance, respectively. You can review the payment amounts below:

Spiritual Leadership School of Worship offers a 2 year program with the following classroom schedule:

Curriculum
Year 1 & 2: Knowing God & His Ways
The first two years of Mercy Culture Spiritual Leadership School focus on intimacy and identity. “Spiritual leadership” simplified is taking your relationship with God and learning how to give it away to those around you. You don’t have anything to give away when you don’t have a thriving relationship with the Lord first. We believe that spiritual leadership develops best through daily personal encounters with God. The Holy Spirit is the best teacher. We will teach you how to hear His voice through daily disciplines, learning the ways of God and growing in deeper connection with Him.
Year 3: Internship (Invitation only)
The third year will focus on impact and influence, and discovering what it means to find the favor of God through relationship with Him. During this paid internship, you will work alongside our staff and be partnered with a specific staff member according to your passion, call, and gifting. You will learn and lead in the practical aspects of ministry for your call and purpose.

What you’ll need:
30-45 minutes to complete your application
A photo of your driver’s license or passport
Two personal references
$100 application fee

Spiritual Leadership School requires two personal references, one of which is from a leader in your current church community. After submitting your application, it is advised to follow up with your references to see how they are going
4.
After your application has been submitted, a member of our Admissions Team will reach out to you via email to schedule a virtual interview. Interview time slots fill quickly, so please be proactive in checking your email and responding to interview requests accordingly.
Note: If you are applying to Spiritual Leadership School of Worship, supplemental application materials will be requested upon acceptance into the general Spiritual Leadership School program.
